Cellulite is an excess amount of fat under the skin. This fat can be eliminated over time and the appearance of cellulite can be reduced.
There are many causes of cellulite that can be addressed, such as:
– Inadequate amount of exercise
– Smoking cigarettes
– Age
– Estrogen
– Family history
– Tissue inflammation
– Weight Gain
– Water
– Loss of collagen
– Poor circulation (a common issue in the legs)
– Poor lymphatic drainage
– Thinning epidermis (outer layer of skin)
– Poor blood circulation
– Alcohol abuse
– Genetic factors
– Poor eating habits
– Heavy metals (lead, mercury, lead and nickel)
– Fat
– Ammonia
– Cholesterol
Natural Remedies:
Massage: One promising remedy is massage. This can be done at home or with the help of a professional massage therapist. Massage can reduce cellulite by improving lymphatic drainage. It can also help stretch your skin tissue, which can stretch out cellulite dimples.
A study in The Journal Dermatology Research and Practice found that patients who received 10 sessions of lymphatic massage (a similar technique) showed a significant softening of the tissue. This is likely because massage improves circulation and helps prevent collagen and elastin from breaking down, thus minimizing the appearance of cellulite.
Sauna: Far Infrared Rays penetrate deep into your body to draw out toxins while melting fat deep into the subcutaneous level of your skin. Spending only 30 minutes in an Infrared Sauna gives the same results as an hour of intensive exercise.
As blood circulation improves, nutrients can be quickly delivered to your entire body, while sweating removes the toxins that are creating cellulite in the body. As your body notices that you do not need the extra fat to filter out toxins, it will become much more receptive to allowing it to leave through exercise and sweat

C.) 2-3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil.Combine ingredients to create a paste-like consistency (note: if using unrefined coconut oil, the mixture will harden if cooled) and store in a glass jar.
